Patoranking Drops Much Awaited Album 'Three'

Multiple award-winning Nigerian Raggae/Dancehall singer Patoranking has finally released his much awaited third studio album dubbed 'Three'.
Patoranking has been teasing his fans about this project and as promised, it was officially released at midnight going into August 28.
The 'Three' sees the singer who describes himself as the next big thing after raggae legend Bob Marley team up with four different artists, all from Africa.
He features fellow countryman Flavor in the first song titled 'Man Bebe and Tiwa Savage in the seventh track 'Matter'.
Patoranking also teams up with fast rising Ghanaian singer King Promise in the 10th song 'Odo Bra' and Kenyan Boy Band Sauti Sol for the track titled 'Whine It'.
While unveiling the track list earlier this week, Patoranking termed the songs he has collaborated with other artists as the hottest.
'Three' is a 12-track album which Patoranking says focuses on the themes of love, life and happiness.
Concerning his choice of the album name, he said: "Three is a strong number."
“They good things come in three. In making the album, I tried to look at love, life and happiness. If you are listening to any of the tracks, even if it is a dance track, I want you to feel love," Patoranking added.

Patoranking was born and raised in Ijegun-Egba Satellite Town, but has family roots in Onicha, Ebonyi State. He started his performing arts career as a street jam and carnival dancer.
In a 2012 interview with Entertainment Express, Patoranking said his stage name was given to him by a Jamaican artist whom he met at Alpha Beach in Lagos.
Some of his key musical influences include Buju Banton, Bob Marley, Fela Kuti, Lucky Dube, Chaka Demus, Majek Fashek, Blackky, Blackface, Tuface and Marvelous Benjy.
In a past interview, Patoranking described his music as a morally inclined variation of dancehall and said it references socio-political issues
