We all love peace over here but one person that has decided to choose violence with his new music video is Mr. Money with the vibes aka Asake. His latest single “Only me” is a vibrant fusion of Afrobeats and Amapiano with a catchy beat. In the song, Asake let’s his listeners know that he is exactly who he thinks he is since he has proven it over time through his craft and how hard he hustles. With the visuals shot by TG Omori, Asake employs futuristic and religious themes for the different scenes. The religious scene depicts models dressed in liturgical clothing holding golden stacks as they chant the lyrics “ we get money” that are playing in the background. Some people have chosen to interpret this particular scene as a satirical expression of how hypocritical the Christian faith can be. This has however caused quite some chaos online as several people have called for it to be pulled down claiming it is disrespectful and a mockery to the Christian religion.
