Award-winning American rapper T-Pain has sent his apologies to all celebrities he ignored their direct messages on his Instagram in the last two years. The lists of world star celebrities include top Ghanaian musicians Wendy Shay, Medikal, and Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim.
According to the ‘Buy U a Drank’ hitmaker, he mistakenly ignored the messages from his fellow celebrities from all over the world because he did not know how to open and read Instagram direct messages.

He further admitted that he had just learned how to open, read and respond to Instagram messages recently and rendered an apology.
"I was today years old when I found out about the requests folder on Instagram, and that's full of celebrities trying to reach, "I've been accidentally straight up ignoring all these people for like two years." he shared in an Instagram video.
The multiple Grammy-winning artists said that he used to think that Instagram messages only showed direct messages and did not have to go through message requests to respond to messages.

“Thought DMs are supposed to show up in the normal folder and don't have to go digging for all these. I apologise to everyone on this list and the hundreds of others I couldn't fit in this video. These are just the ones I haven't checked and replied to. Yup...I'm stupid.”
He apologised again in a TikTok video caption, saying: “I swear!! I’m just now seeing all these messages and mentions TODAY!!!! How do I super apologize? Press conference? Townhall meeting? I’m dumb.”
