Jeremy Doku, a Belgian winger, has been acquired by Manchester City from Rennes for £55.4 million. The 21-year-old, who scored 10 goals in 75 Ligue 1 games over three seasons, has agreed to a five-year contract with the Treble champions from last season.Doku, who has 16 Belgium appearances to his credit, has donned the number 11 jersey.
"I'm having a fantastic day, both personally and professionally. Joining City, the best team in football, is special, according to Doku.
