This weekend marks the start of Week 2 in the English Premier League.Despite the difficulties the Gunners faced against Nottingham, the big boys from last season, Manchester City and Arsenal, got off to a great start.The first game of the weekend was played on Friday, when Nottingham Forest defeated Sheffield United 2-1. On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, there will be more Week 2 games.

1. Arsenal vs.Crystal Palace: When they take on their London rivals, Crystal Palace, the Gunners will look to keep their undefeated start to the season. Nottingham Forest was defeated 2-1 by the north Londoners at the Emirates Stadium. Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah scored goals in their season debut. However, playing two London sides against each other is never easy. While Arsenal has a 61% victory probability, Crystal Palace has a 16% chance of winning. The likelihood of a draw is 23%, according to bookies. In head-to-head competition, Arsenal has prevailed against Palace in three of their last five meetings, while Roy Hodgson's team has only managed one victory and one tie. Palace has been playing admirably under Hodgson, so this game still has the potential to be unexpected.

2. Newcastle vs. Manchester City: Manchester City, the reigning Premier League champions, will take on Newcastle, who finished fourth the previous year. It would be quite dicey. a game that might end in either result. Several of the players that helped guide Crystal Palace's treble-winning season, including Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne, will be absent. Roy Hodgson, the manager of the team, referred to them as "machines." Gundogan has joined Barcelona, while the latter is injured and is anticipated to be sidelined for a considerable time. As they compete for a position higher than fourth this season, Eddie Howe's team is expected to demonstrate that they are no pushovers.

3. Chelsea vs. West Ham United: In their second match of the year, Chelsea will take on David Moyes' West Ham. The Blues and Liverpool drew 1-1 in the season's opening match for both teams. The West London team appears to have improved over last season based on their most recent game. Winning would bolster the group under Pochettino's leadership. Bookmakers predict that Chelsea will win this game 45% of the time.

West Ham's chances of winning are 28 percent, while the likelihood of a tie is 27%. West Ham, the current UEFA Conference League champions, drew 1-1 last week with Bournemouth and will be aiming to earn their first victory of the year in front of their home crowd.
