Manchester City beat Manchester United 3-0 in a dominant display at the Etihad Stadium on October 29, 2023, in the Premier League.
Erling Haaland opened the scoring for City in the 26th minute with a penalty after Phil Foden was fouled in the box. Haaland doubled City's lead in the 52nd minute with a header from Kevin De Bruyne's cross. Foden sealed the victory for City in the 72nd minute with a brilliant individual goal.
City were completely dominant throughout the game and United had no answer to their attacking prowess. City had 20 shots on goal while United had just two.
City's victory was their sixth in a row in the Premier League and they now top the table with 22 points from eight games. United, on the other hand, are in sixth place with 12 points from eight games.
