Nigerian singer and songwriter, Tems has announced that she will be dropping a new music project next week.

In a tweet, the rebel gang leader said the new project will be coming in form of an Extended Play (EP). Tems made the announcement while thanking her fans for the love they have shown her.

"My beautiful Gang, thank you for the massive love you’ve shown me, it’s too plentyyy Honestly believe me when I say I LOVE YALL baaaaaddd," read part of the tweet. "NEW EP OUT NEXT FUCKIN WEEK!!! It’s time," she added.

This comes at a time the 26-year-old rising star is getting international attention thanks to her recent inclusion on the Certified Lover Boy (CLB) album by Canadian singer Drake and a feature in Wizkid's global hit 'Essence'.

The upcoming EP will be the second from Tems who late in 2020 released the debut 'For The Broken Ears'. The 7-track project with no featured artistes sees Tems meditate on love, life and relationships. It houses among others the hit singles 'Damages' and 'The Key' - both of which have official music videos
