Nigerian legendary singer, Sound Sultan has been diagnosed with throat cancer.
Information made available by Sahara Reporters Wednesday, 11th May has it the multitalented singer, rapper and instrumentalist have already begun chemotherapy in one of the hospitals in the United States of America.

According to an article by popular health blog, Healthline, “Throat cancer refers to cancer of the voice box, the vocal cords, and other parts of the throat, such as the tonsils and oropharynx.” Cancer.org also breaks down the survival rate and chances, throat cancer and types.
Sound Sultan kickstarted his career in the very early 2000s with his first single Jagbajantis released in the year 2000. He was later signed to Kennis Music, one of the pioneer recording labels in Nigeria. Sound Sultan went ahead to release a number of hit songs, he has also collaborated with top Nigerian acts; 2Baba, Wizkid and many more.
