Ugandan vocalist Rema Namakula has dropped a new single dubbed 'Say no to Stigma'.

‘Say no to Stigma’ condemns stigma in all forms especially against coronavirus victims.

When Uganda announced the very first Covid-19 patient, many Ugandan artists jumped on the trend releasing songs sensitizing people about this deadly virus and how they can curb its spread.

Rema was one of the few artists who did not quickly join the bandwagon and many months later, she has finally released one in partnership with Master Card Foundation.

Quite different from others, Rema is strongly advocating against the stigma that the COVID patients are treated to. She encourages the public to love the survivors mainly because they didn't choose to get sick and since it's a pandemic, everyone is prone to the virus.
