AY clarifies that he had no part to play in Jaguars single Kioo

After Jaguars new single Kioo hit the airwaves, there have been many speculations and rumours going round that he had the song written for him by Tanzania’s top Hip hop guru AY, putting to question his ability to write and deliver as expected by fans, but during an interview during his stay in Kenya, the rapper clarified that he had nothing to do with the writing process of the single,
“Jaguar ni mmoja wa rafiki zangu , tumefanya kazi pamoja na hakuna ukweli wowowte kuhusiana na tetesi za mimi kumuandikia mashairi ukizingatia amekuwembo kwa muda mrefu kwenye gemu ya muziki hivyo kumfanya kwa miongoni mwa wasanii wenye uzoefu wa kutosha na kufanya vizuri hata ukitazama ngoma niliyowahi kufanya nae , kila mmoja wetu aliandika mashairi yake kivyake hivyo huna haja ya kubisha kwa uwezo mkubwa na naamini ni ushaidi tosha”
He also clarified that he is not under any pressure from Diamonds success because each artist has their specific goals and target audiences and can’t always remain at the top.
