Jacob oulanya passes on after along illness. He died in Seattle us. He was pronounced dead yesterday the 20/03/2022. He was a member of parliament of Uganda representing omoro county in northern Uganda. And he was elected the speaker of parliament in a hot contested race between him and Rebecca kadaga. He has chaired the house six times since he was elected.
