It Still Hurts, Mr JazziQ Eulogises Killer Kau, Mpura

South African music producer Mr JazziQ has expressed his sorrow over the deaths of his close friends Mpura, Killer Kau, and DJ Papers.

JazziQ paid respect to the late Amapiano stars in a series of posts posted on his Instagram stories recently.

He said that it was painful losing many individuals dear to him in the last couple of years, adding that it left a mark of pain in his heart.

Killer Kau and Mpura were killed in a head-on collision on the N4 near Rustenburg in August last year while traveling to a concert in the city. JazziQ spoke of the good recollections he had of the two late stars saying "They were my heroes.”

He describes Killer Kau as a “free spirited soul” while described the late Mpura as more than an acquaintance – he was like a brother.

“I could possibly write a book about you (Killer Kau) as a free spirited soul. Your warm heart and coal burnt voice. The experience I've had with you will forever be cherished. I love you ntwana yam.” he wrote.

“With you (Mpura) I didn't lose a friend or an acquaintance but someone who became a brother. I'm still saying it hurts. I miss you,” he added.
