Nigerian singer Wizkid was the biggest winner of this year's AFRIMMA.

Wizkid bagged three awards, taking home the Artist of the Year, Song of the Year with the hit single 'Essence (Remix) featuring Tems and Justin Bieber as well as the Crossing Boundaries With Music categories.

Nigerian couple-singers Adekunle Gold and Simi won the Best Male and Female West Africa categories respectively while the new name in the Naija music industry Ruger was named the Best New Act.

Visuals for the single 'Berna' by Flavour featuring Fally Ipupa and Diamond Platnumz won the Afrimma 2021 Awards' Video of the Year. Mercy Chinwo bagged the Best Gospel Act while P. Prime went home with the Best Music Producer award.

Davido was also on the list of winners courtesy of his feature on Focalistic's 'Ke Star (Remix)' that won the Best Collaboration category.
