Kanina Kandalama Reveals 4 Top Zambian Artists She Hopes to Work with

Flhy Chiq Shaanah alias Kanina Kandalama has opened up on Zambian artists she hopes to work with in future, noting that top of her list is the talented Towela Kaira.

Kandalama while speaking to Hellen Zulu Phiri, noted that in addition to Kaira, she also hoped to work with Chef 187, Macky 2 and Slapdee.

“Zambia I would love to work with Chef, Macky 2 and Slapdee. The kings,” she said adding that she has spoken with Chef 187 and hopes all goes well.

Explaining how she managed to rise up to where she is currently, Kandalama said she capitalized on the power of Tik Tok to form a support base. According to her, Kandalama Tik-Tok was always a part of her plan and it worked just right. She earned huge fan base and started marketing her music here.

By and by, people realized that she is a force in Zed hip hop. Koffee; a Jamaican artist is her icon and she feels inspired by her music.

Kandalama emulates her style and builds her songs. With her newly-found fame, Shanaah has had to deal with a lot of negativity by disgruntled quarters. But, the 'Forget' hit maker, never lets the negativity by other people weigh her down. Instead, Shanaah uses the negativity as a source of motivation to work harder.
