Ykee Benda to Feature Upcoming Artists Only in His New ‘The Difference’ EP

Ugandan artist Ykee Benda has announced that he is working on a new EP that will only feature new school rising artists.

Known for promoting and nurturing upcoming artists, The Mpaka Records boss believes there's no better way for him to help young artists than giving them a platform to showcase their talent on his upcoming EP.

In a post on social media pages, Ykee Benda said the EP titled 'The Difference' will have ten songs featuring upcoming artists only.

The 'My Bebe' hit maker got the idea some months back but couldn't go on with it as he was busy promoting his recently released 'Kirabo' album.

"The project I once talked about here starts in October. We are hitting the studio doing 10 songs with only upcoming stars but of great potential. We shall officially call it 'The Difference EP'," Ykee Benda said as he called upon artists interested in the project to email him a sample of their music and profiles for selection," Ykee Benda's statement read in part.
