Fast forward to today, she is living up to the musical standards she set years back. Her latest album ‘Nqaba Yam’ speaks volumes of her great musical gift.

She notes that while many people would want to bring her down with such claims, it will never be because the gift in her is far much bigger than anyone is.

“You can strip me naked but you can never take away the gift that God has given me,” she said.

The ‘Izolo’ hit maker was responding to addiction claims following a month-old video where she appeared drunk humming to a certain song.

She explained that on that day, she had taken a bottle of wine and realized it was too much for her and never took more.

But, she insists that her life is her private business that people should not be bothered by.

“If I want to drink champagne I will drink it today if I want, it's not your business,” she stated.
