One Musicfest 2021: Burna Boy To Perform Alongside H.E.R, Lil Wayne

Grammy awards winner Burna Boy will be among a star-studded list of musicians that will be performing at this year's One Musicfest.

One Musicfest is a recurring music festival annually held in Atlanta, Georgia. Organizers of the event have now unveiled the lineup for the festival and it includes H.E.R, Lil Wayne and the Isley Brothers.

The two-day festival will be held on October 9th and 10th this year. "We are excited to finally announce this year’s line-up. ONE Musicfest welcomes H.E.R., Lil Wayne, The Isley Brothers, Burna Boy, Ty Dolla $ign, Ari Lennox and TONS more‼️," ONE Musicfest tweeted.

According to Billboard, One Musicfest, is the Southeast’s largest 2-day urban progressive music festival. This year's event marks a return after it was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid-19. It is expected that up to 50,000 people will be attending the festival.

Festival's founder Jason J. Carter told Billboard that they have partnered with Live Nation Urban this year.  

"ONE Musicfest is one of the most important cultural festivals in the nation, located in the epicenter of Black Culture, Atlanta, GA. The partnership with Live Nation Urban allows us to give the culture the amplified platform that it deserves. ONE Musicfest 2021 will be historic," Carter said.
