Platini P Wows Fans with Great Performance at Rwanda’s Iwacu Muzika Festival [Video]

Rwandan RnB star singer Platini P had a merry time opening the Iwacu Muzika Festival 2021 edition on Saturday. The festival came back after a tumultuous 2020 marked by panic caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This was his first public concert in months due to the Covid-19 regulations that have put concerts on bay due to the spread of the deadly virus.

The ‘Helena’ hitmaker was optimistic of giving an electrifying show like no other which he did and went on to thank his supporters and YouTube for the streaming.

“Thank U. Niba wacitswe show,ubu iri kuri YouTube,” he said.

Iwacu Muzika Festival is celebrated annually in Rwanda. It has a deep musical undertone featuring artists from across Rwanda. The festival promotes Rwandan music industry courtesy of East African Promoters in tandem with the partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Culture, Tembera U Rwanda, RBA, among others.

Iwacu Muzika Festival brings together artists from all walks of life and gives a common platform where they interact, perform and exchange ideas.

The festival has been an important point for growth of Rwandan artists. It has created an avenue for collaborations and bettering the art industry.
