Veteran Kenyan artists Wahu and Nameless are set to feature in a docu-reality series dubbed ‘This Love Private’. The 13-part docu series which will air on Showmax will take us through The Mathenge’s love story and the lessons they have learned during their journey in marriage.
The series which is set to air on May 24, will be a great delight for their fans, who have been supporting their work for years. The title of the series ‘This Love Private’ coincides with their first joint music project which they released earlier this year dubbed ‘This Love Ya Wahu’ and ‘This Love Ya Nameless’.
‘This Love Ya Wahu’ is a song that appreciates the beauty and joys of a relationship which elevates her wisdom in love while ‘This Love Ya Nameless’ is a song about the hardships that relationships go through, and the hurt and pain one experiences as a result.
The two songs have been successful with ‘This Love Ya Wahu’ already having over one million views and ‘This Love Ya Nameless’ over 600,000 views on YouTube.
Meanwhile, the couple is also gearing up for their upcoming album dubbed ‘The Mz Album Project’.
"Getting to share our journey as we create our very first album together is exciting, to say the least. We look forward to letting the fans in on this creative process, the challenges and joys of working together, and to introducing the team behind the music," Nameless and Wahu said.
"Furthermore, as we celebrate twenty years in the music industry, we want to share the lessons we’ve learnt even as we continue to play our part as a couple, parents and business partners. Our vision is to synergize and inspire and empower people through marriage, music and mentorship."
