Penthauze Records act, Cheque and his longtime friend, Fireboy DML graces our screen with the official music video to their recently released collaboration single, History.

The Masterkraft produced record is a song inspired by Cheque and Fireboy’s past life and events. Their friendship is dated from way back and now both of them have eventually made it into the limelight but the fame has not changed them, they’re still the very best of friends.

Directed by TG Omori, History video tries its best to represent and tell the story of two friends who would ride and die for each other no matter what. They were a team to beat and would stop at nothing in making sure they had each other’s best interest at heart. Although with a tragic ending, the visuals reminds viewers of that type of rare friendship that everyone wishes they had. Cheque and Fireboy definitely made a classic with this one.

As of press time, the video is at almost a hundred thousand views in just under 24 hours of release, surely fans loved this one. Maybe we’d be getting a Cheque and Fireboy project in the future.
