Fena Gitu Drops Freestyle Cover of Bahati’s Song ‘Mtaachana Tu’

Renowned Kenyan artist Fena Gitu alias Fenamenal has surprised fans with a freestyle cover of Bahati’s viral song ‘Mtaachana Tu’.

Fena posted the cover on her official Instagram page with the title ‘Hatutaachana duu’.

In her rap, she took the theme of the original song but opened the cover with a rap. The song is an advice to the person she is with. She asks her partner to keep the relationship status private because there are a lot of haters in the streets, who will try to separate them.

In the freestyle, she also mixes Bahati's song ‘Wanani’ but is still able to stay on the theme for ‘Hatutaachana duu’.

Fena captioned the one minute and thirty nine-second videos with an amazing message to her fans saying that she would love to do more of such.In addition, she credited Khaligraph for inspiring her to freestyle in this jam. “Hatutaachana Duu. I couldn't sleep the other night so I did a little something on @bahatikenya's Mtaachana Tu, I was inspired by Khali's freestyle and would love to do more of these. Enjoy, gonga like, and share :) Tag @bahatikenya kwa comments acheze kama yeye,” she captioned.

In the comment section, Bahati responded showing love to the freestyle, and requested Fena to do a remix with him. “Wueeeeeh Lets do the Remix Creativity + Melody,” he commented.

A part from Bahati, Fena also received lots of love from fellow Kenyan artists including Khaligraph, Nadia Mukami, and Wahu Kagwi.
