Irene Ntale Ranks Winnie Nwagi as Her Favorite Swangz Avenue’s Musician

Ugandan musician Irene Ntale has named her favorite female artist from her former label; Swangz Avenue and it is none other than her once good friend, Winnie Nwagi.

Three years ago, Ntale announced that she had quit Swangz Avenue; a record label she signed for following her breakthrough into the music industry, several years ago.

While Ntale was still signed under the label, she was a close friend to Winnie Nwagi, but upon departure to pursue a solo career, she claimed that the label’s management made a decision to keep Nwagi from mingling with her.

This might have engineered the beef between them to an extent that were not seeing eye to eye.

Over the years, the two artists have been slowly rebuilding their relationship and they are now in a happy place. They may not be seen hanging out together, but the pair buried the hatchet and are now back to talking terms.

Swangz Avenue has three talented divas; Winnie Nwagi, Azawi and Vinka; and Irene Ntale believes Winnie Nwagi is her favorite among them all.

She made the revelation during a Q&A on her Twitter handle.
