Feffe Bussi Shares Challenges of Being a Celebrity

Growing up, many young people always aspire to be famous in their respective careers and command a huge amount of respect and followership.

Most of these people always think that being a celebrity is an easy affair. However, according to Ugandan musician Feffe Bussi, being a celebrity comes with a lot of sacrifices including; giving up your privacy and living under much pressure.

According to Feffe Bussi, once you become a celebrity, your life is always under scrutiny and as such, you cannot do things that normal people do for example; eating out, do shopping or walk on streets without attracting unnecessary attention.

"Being a celebrity comes with so many disadvantages attached to it. You know I do not have a wife so there are times I would like to get out of the house and get myself something simple to eat but I just can’t because everyone knows me and they will have something to say," Feffe Bussi said.

Despite the challenges that come with being a celebrity, Feffe Bussi says it is a blessing and there is a satisfaction he gets when his fans surround him in awe.

"It is a blessing to go through people and witness them love and welcome you like that. Yes, the reception is so good but it is costly," he divulged.
