Megan Thee Stallion Makes Powerful Statement With Her SNL Performance

A few weeks back, Megan Thee Stallion was shot in her foot and allegedly, Tory Lanez was the one who pulled the trigger. Since then, Megan Thee Stallion has not quite spoken much about the incident but she has been winning a lot.
Megan Thee Stallion has since appeared on different covers. To top that, Megan Thee Stallion was the musical guest on SNL this past Saturday. It was a timely appearance considering that Tory dropped a full album, commercializing on shooting a black woman.

Megan cut short her ‘Savage’ performance to address the shooting. Her background was created by a mirror cracked with bullet holes. Her and her dancers stood still on stage for a moment as the background was decorated with words in line with protecting black women. Megan Thee Stallion also took time to share on the importance of protecting black women.
Megan Thee Stallion continues to address very little about the whole incident and instead chooses to release more music. She currently has a new single featuring Young Thug that she is promoting. On the other hand, Tory Lanez continues to commercialize the whole situation and is yet to face the charges.
