#4. Video Review: Nonini ft Christine Apondi-color kwa face.
I dug deep in my musical archives and look at what I came across! Nonini’s Color kwa face. The Genge God father did not only nurture new talents, but he revolutionized the society as well Kenya’s music industry especially through his humanitarian projects. In this video, Nonini took a brave step and committed his strength and might towards educating the society about Albinism vividly stating it was time to “celebrate our differences rather than persecute the innocent”
The video is set in an abandoned apartment littered with debris where he features young people with the rare skin condition. Apondi’s angelic voice brings about a harmonious rhythm sandwiching the Kataa hio hit maker’s sentiments after every verse, with willie owusu’s visuals over the top.
