Watch SAI Kenya in New Video For Her Single 'Pambana'

With a lot of influence from Bongo artists and a beautiful voice, SAI Kenya is ready to take the industry by storm. She just released a new video for her single ‘Pambana’.
‘Pambana’ is a single about not giving up regardless of what people around you say about you and/or whatever you are doing, the goal is to never stop dreaming.
SAI started out as a YouTube sensation and has been covering all our favourite songs from Bongo-land. She has amassed quite a following for her music, rightfully so because she is vocally gifted.
‘Pambana’ is set on a Bongo beat, which is expected looking at her influences. There is something very Taarab about how SAI has written this song; poetically; and the way her voice cruises over the beat; effortlessly and very melodic on its own.
The video is shot in Coast; this explains how both Taarab and Bongo music are her major influences. The video takes us through SAI’s day highlighting her hustle and the people gossiping about her; literally putting her lyrics into video. It also takes us through the daily hustles of other people in her area.
We will definitely be hearing more original music from SAI Kenya but in the meantime, catch an inspiring vibe with her on ‘Pambana’.
