KENYA: Elani Finally Release The Long Awaited Music Video With Jose Chameleone 'My Darling'

It was their great comeback song, My Darling featuring Uganda’s Jose Chameleone a song that caught many off guard since Elani were not really known for collaborations, but still a pleasant surprise seeing as the band had been inactive for over a year.
And even after it dropped despite it being a great song that received a lot of airplay on radio stations across the region, one could feel that it lacked one final ingredient to become one of those great Elani jams that we all love.
Something that the likes of ‘Kookoo’, ‘Milele’ and ‘Barua Ya Dunia’ all had, a great music video to go with their compelling vocals.
Because let’s face it fellas we all love to watch Ms. Maureen and Wambui of Elani on the screen and for you ladies I’m sure Brian Chweya is a sight for sore eyes.
Anyway, matters of thirst aside Elani do have some pretty memorable music videos and My Darling just wouldn’t be the same without one as well.
Earlier this afternoon though, the band finally dropped the music video for their collaborative effort with East African music legend Jose Chameleone and just like their other videos this one does not disappoint.
