KENYA: "I Have Nothing to Do With Wetangula and His Wife" Producer Saint P Speaks

Perhaps one of the scandals of the month is that of the domestic issues between CORD co-principal Moses Wetangula and his wife Anne Waceke, which has allegedly been linked to a Saint Patrick Ponce Mahele.

Mahele a Congolese National who is also a music producer and business man, is said to have been having an affair with Waceke.

The man who is currently in Remand in Industrial Area, has been accused of defrauding Wetangula’s wife of millions.

“We met in June 2014 after I was introduced to her by a mutual friend at a party. I didn’t know who she was married to but we became good friends and over time, she started putting her money in businesses that I was running,” Mahele told The Nairobian.

Now this has caused Kenyan producer Saint P to come out and disassociate himself with the Congolese perhaps due to his name Saint Patrick.

Producer Saint P who is behind some of Kenya’s biggest hits, the like of Itakuwa Ngori by Kelele Takatifu took to Facebook urging Kenyans to stop confusing him with the Congolese.

“Dear all… I would like to Clarify that the Man mentioned here is not ME. I’ve never seen or heard or even imagined in my dreams and any similarity between My name & His is purely coincidental and not intentional.”

“Stop calling me to ask me about “Man Wetangula’s” SAGA. NkT…”

“I’ve only seen Hon. Wetangula on TV. And His puppet on Our Famous Series The XYZ Show...”

Well there you have it. Just in case you were confused as to who the real Saint P is, I guess now we know.
