NIGERIA: Peter of P-Square Puts the Final Nail on the Nigerian Group's Coffin With Latest Actions
15 March 2016

Peter Okoye, one half of Nigeria’s pop band P-Square has yesterday taken the final steps towards disassociating himself with the family business.
The P-Square family drama which has now lasted for more than a month seems not to be going anywhere anytime soon as the rift between the three brothers Peter, Paul and Jude Okoye seemingly widening.
Last month Paul opened up his own record label, a step that most people interpreted to mean the separation from his brother and fellow band member.
And now Peter has without a doubt taken steps to show the world that P-Square is indeed dead after changing his name to Mr P and hiring a new manager Olatunde Micheals.
He took to his Instagram page to make this announcement with a picture of him in the studio with the caption: “For bookings and enquiries, please contact my new management on 08037531340 bookmrp2@gmail.com, oyesng@yahoo.com #MrP”

According to Daily Gist, Olatunde has been a close friend of the Okoye brothers for a long time. In 2004, he worked with Soundcity as Head of Channel. He was one time also media and event consultant for the D’banj-led DKM media as well as Station Manager, Trace TV Nigeria. (Naij)
