KENYA: Crowd Turns Up at Galileos Lounge to Watch Zigo Hitmaker AY

Straight off his hit song Zigo featuring Diamond Platinumz, Tanzanian rapper turned singer AY was in Kenya for a performance on Saturday 12, March 2016 at the Galileos Lounge in Westlands.

Widely considered the godfather of Bongo music, AY had a great run in the East African music industry when he first began his career when he worked with Ogopa Deejays and his ex Amani. However with changing times and change in musical tastes he’d lacked a hit song for some time until the release of Zigo earlier this year.

As expected many turned up for the show at Galileos including some of the industry greats. The host for the night was Kiss 100 presenter and popular reveler Shaffie Weru.
