KENYA: 'Wafula' Hitmaker Alaine Considering Permanent Relocation to Kenya?
7 March 2016

At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole Jamaican music industry relocated to Kenya.
Jamaican songstress Alaine came into the country recently to shoot and launch the new video for her song ‘Wafula’. Now what started as a joke at the Churchill Show, has now turned into a hit song always on replay.
Now word on the wire is that the songstress is looking to permanently relocate to the country. This wouldn’t be surprise seeing Alaine already has many close friends in the country.
Also last year Jamaican group Morgan Heritage also claimed their permanent residency in Kenya which could also be acting as an encouragement to her.
“She has said numerous times that she loves this country and is seriously considering moving here. She loves Nairobi and calls Kenya her second home,” our source said.
Alaine was expected to participate in yesterday’s Beyond Zero marathon but failed to show up for unspecified reasons.
