KENYA: Akothee and Diamond's 'Sweet Love' Sets New Milestone With 1 Million Views in 1 Month

Akothee has earned her reputation as arguable one of the richest artists in Kenya with her expensive music videos shot in exotic destinations across Africa.

Now thanks to her collaborative song ‘Sweet Love’ with Tanzanian Bonngo/pop star Diamond Platinumz she has now earned a new reputation as one of the first Kenyan female artists to reach 1 million views in just 1 month on YouTube.

The singer took to social media yesterday to make the announcement as well as give thanks to her fans.

“Thanks my fans for the wonderful support for my new single #SWEETLOVE, haaaa 1m views in 1 month? That’s massive, love you too…”she wrote.

Currently Akothee is said to be planning another massie collaboration with Uganda's Eddy Kenzo which also no doubt attract massive attention.
