Everyone just got back to school, and you connect your Innjoo or Lumia to your school's wifi network.
Airtel Kenya wants schools up and down the country to have access to free Net, full speed. They've made it a real priority and it's easy to see why.
As you read this, 500 students from Natombo CBM Primary and Secondary school in Bungoma are currently signing up on Twitter. So, just for heads up, you might get a few more followers today.
Not sure what they’ll do to porn and stuff. That should definitely be blocked on their Internet!
But it's purely for educational purposes as Adil El Youssefi’s, CEO of Airtel Kenya puts it.
“ICT has become vital part of every child's education. The power of internet is invaluable and connectivity has the potential to transform education...it’s an investment in our children's collective feature that we believe will yield excellent results.
It's an amazing idea, what do you think? Go back to school?
For the rest of us on paid connection, what’s your data plan? You could jump on this (I'm currently using) just to be sure you're connected always. The only minus is if you don't use it, you still have to pay the flat fee. But The best option.
