Legendary Tanzanian hip hop musician Professor Jay has released a new track dubbed 'Siku 462' featuring talented vocalist Walter Chilambo. 'Siku 462' is based on real-life events where Professor Jay, for the first time, opens up on his near-death in a hospital bed.

Produced and mastered by Bin Laden of Tongwe Studio Records, this poetic masterpiece is one of the most emotional songs to have ever been released by Professor Jay. Walter Chilambo's rich vocals and the slow instrumentals sandwiched by Professor Jay's vivid narration, build up a storyline that is pregnant with emotions, life lessons and gratitude to God.

Professor Jay takes his fans through the sequence of events right from the day he was admitted to the hospital, through the days that he was in a coma, up to the day that he was discharged. The iconic rapper reveals how he lost his voice after doctors were forced to make an incision in his throat to save his life. As if that was not painful enough, his health deteriorated forcing the doctors to move him into the ICU for 127 days. The musician cum politician describes his miraculous recovery as a scene from a movie.
