Nigerian king of Afrobeats Davido has let the cat out of the bag about his upcoming docuseries on Netflix titled ‘David’. 
In a recent conversation with Esquire Middle East, he revealed that it should be out in December 2023. 
Davido described the series as big adding that it captures his entire life on camera for the first time.

“I have a movie coming out in December with Netflix. It’s very, very big. This is the first time I’ve said anything about it, actually. It’s a documentary–a docuseries about my life, called ‘David’. I shouldn’t be talking about this, but yeah,” he stated. 

While the ‘Fall’ hitmaker is a celebrated Afrobeats artists across the world, he keeps much of his family life private. 
With ‘David’ though, he offers insight into his other life as a family man, a son and a businessman besides music which is his mainstay. 
He made the announcement over a month since the release of his fourth studio album ‘Timeless’. 
The 17-track album redefines who he is in the game, especially after his lowest moment in life following the death of his three-year-old son Ifeanyi in October 2022. 
In just a month, ‘Timeless’ peaked in Nigerian music charts and internationally.
