Former Premier League champion Gor Mahia cemented its league leadership courtesy of a 5-0 victory over Vihiga Bullets. The win brought K'Ogalo's cumulative points to 45; 6 points away from second place Tusker Fc. Despite registering inconsistent results in the last five matches, Gor Mahia appears to be breaking away from the rest of the teams on the premier league table.

Tusker Fc equally recorded an impressive performance against Bidco United with a 3-1 win. The Brewers took an early lead in the 10th minute thanks to Rodgers Ouma. The team which is fighting to redeem itself on the table has recorded only one victory in the last five matches they have played in the league. KCB, on the other hand, dropped from the second position to the fifth after a goalless draw with Kakamega Homeboyz.
