Khaligraph Jones, whose real name is Brian Robert Ouko, is a Kenyan hip-hop musician, songwriter, and recording artist. He was born on 12 June 1990 in Kayole, Nairobi, Kenya. The rapper is one of the most popular and influential hip-hop artists in Kenya and East Africa.

The music star had a tough childhood in Kayole where he honed his skills as a rapper. He was inspired by the likes of Tupac, The Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, and Nas. Khaligraph started writing his own rhymes at a young age and performed in local events and talent shows.

In 2009, Khaligraph Jones was featured on the first season of the reality show "The Jump Off" and emerged as the winner. The win earned him popularity and recognition in the Kenyan music scene. In 2012, he released his first mixtape 'Khaligraph Jones Chronicles' which enjoyed a warm reception among music lovers.

Khaligraph has since released several hit singles and collaborated with many local and international artists. Some of his most popular songs include "Yego", "Nataka Iyo Doh", "Mazishi", "Micasa Sucasa", "Now You Know" and "Toa Tint".

In 2018, Khaligraph Jones won the Best Rap Act award at the SoundCity MVP Awards in Nigeria. He was also nominated for the Best International Flow category at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards; becoming the first Kenyan artist to be nominated for the prestigious award.

In 2021, Khaligraph Jones took the whole world by surprise with his 17-track album 'The Invisible Currency' which featured top global artists including Dax. The album dominated various local and international music charts thrusting the rapper into the global music market.

Apart from music, Khaligraph Jones has also been involved in various social initiatives. He has used his platform to speak out against social injustices and promote positive change in society. He has also been involved in campaigns to promote education and entrepreneurship among young people.

Khaligraph Jones is married to Georgina Muteti, and they have three children. The rapper has always been keen to keep his personal life private. He rarely involves his family in showbiz.
