KCB will be among the 16 teams battling for the crucial three points on Wednesday 7th March across the country in The FKF Premier League. The bankers are set to play against14th placed Talanta Fc at the Kasarani Annex Stadium starting at  3:15 PM.

KCB will be fighting to maintain its 3rd position on the table. Previously, the team was dropped from the second position after it suffered a 1-0 loss to AFC Leopards. Tusker Fc which ranks 4th has recorded two consecutive wins and is determined to maintain the victories with the hope of jumping to the 2nd or 3rd place.

Talanta FC, on the other hand, is securing itself against possible relegation. The season has been rough on Talanta but it is determined to change the trend and improve its standing on the premier league table. Ken Kenyatta's boys recently surprised many when they stood up to 2nd-placed Nzoia Sugar and forced them into a goalless draw. Should they invest similar energy into their match against KCB, then they might secure a point or three.

Talanta FC has, however, not had favourable encounters with KCB. Out of the last 7 matches that the two teams have played against each other, KCB won four times and drew twice leaving Talanta FC with only 1 win. The odds are, therefore, not in favor of Talanta Fc, adding to the fact that KCB is in desperate need of three points to reclaim its position.
