This weekend FKF Premier League teams will once again hit the pitch in search of the crucial three points. Eight matches will be played across the country as top teams fight to stabilize their positions on the table,  as others battle to improve their rankings.  Gor Mahia is leading the league with 34 points, followed by KCB with 33 points, and Nzoia Sugar with 32 points. Given the close margin in points, it is safe to say that each match counts especially for the top three teams.

Gor Mahia will on Saturday take on Police Fc in a bid to stabilize their leadership of the league. This will not be an easy day in the office for KÓgalo as Police Fc has displayed a positive trend in their performance for the last couple of matches. Police Fc has additionally created a reputation for stopping top teams by drawing or winning against them. Gor Mahia will therefore have to work extra hard to earn the three points that will see them continue to rule over the league.

KCB similarly will have a tough assignment against AFC Leopards. Whereas the bankers will be hoping to jump to the top of the table, the Leopards are hungry for a victory after a rough start of the season. This will be AFC's narrow window of closing the gap by jumping to the top five as the League starts to take shape.

Nzoia Sugar will have a chance of redemption as they battle 14th-placed Talanta Fc for the three points. Nzoia Sugar is fighting to reclaim leadership of the league after being dethroned by Gor Mahia.
