Mugithi music star Samidoh has unlocked a new achievement courtesy of his newly released track 'Bado Nakupenda' featuring Benga artist Prince Indah. The song which was released approximately two weeks ago has occupied the first position on the Kenyan YouTube Trending music chart for more than a week. The 6-minute track has further accrued more than one million views since its publication on the platform.

'Bado Nakupenda' now ranks among Samidoh's most successful songs. In a statement that he shared on social media, the singer expressed gratitude to his fans for the support that they have shown him. Various stakeholders in the music industry congratulated him citing that the success was well-deserved.

Prince Indah, on the other hand, has similarly experienced immense success. The singer has been ranked among the top 20 most streamed East African artists on YouTube. He acknowledged the achievement adding that it was a great milestone in his career.

"It is always a pleasure to appreciate the support and milestone we make in our music as a team. The happy soul is me to be featured in the list of top 20 most streamed artists in East Africa on Youtube. My fans have made me sit pretty at position 18. Thank you #TeamJanabi for believing in me. Let's keep going," Prince Indah wrote on his social media pages.

Prince Indah has for the past year been on a mission of selling Benga music to the world through collaborations with artists from other genres. Benga music lovers eagerly await what he has in store next.
