VDJ Jones has released a new song dubbed 'Sophie' in collaboration with Sudi Boy, Kabagazi, and Jerry Ogello. The track is a love song that is based on a real-life event that one of the artists experienced. The song serves as a letter in which the artists express just how much they are in love with a lady named Sophie. A lot of investment was done in lyrism considering the fact that each of the artists contributes to the flow of the same storyline.
One interesting feature of the song is the various styles of music that are presented by the individual artists. Two dominant genres that are evident in the track are Hip Hop and Bongo. The fusion of the two styles together with the seamless chemistry among the artists makes the song a masterpiece.
The audio of the song has been produced by King Pheezie at Superstar Entertainment with VDJ Jones as the executive producer. The music video of the song is yet to be released as fans wait anxiously for it. This music project is an extension of VDJ Jones' initiative to support young upcoming music stars.
The song has so far been met with a warm reception from music lovers. It has gained thousands of views within a few hours of its premiere on YouTube.
