Renowned artist VDJ Jones has released a new song dubbed 'Nduthi' in collaboration with Iano Ranking, Jeshi Jinga, and Vuva. The track, which falls under the Gengetone music genre, introduces talented upcoming artists on the Kenyan music scene. Each of the artists showcases their prowess at rapping effortlessly, mastery of the 'Sheng' language, and above all skilfully delivery of punchlines.
'Nduthi' is a slang word that refers to a motorcycle. It stems from the Sheng language which forms the primary identity of Gengetone music. The song's content revolves around the experience of using 'Boda Boda' as a means of transport. The artists through creative lyrics reflect on the average life of the youth.
