The last half of the month of June has been marked with the release of new top songs from established Kenyan musicians. The new releases cut across various genres including Hip Hop, Gospel, and Gengetone. The period also saw the introduction of new artists into the music scene.
Here are the top newly released songs in Kenya;
Mbona? - Khaligraph 'OG' Jones
Multi-Award-winning Hip Hop star Khaligraph Jones has released a new single dubbed 'Mbona?'. In the song, Khaligraph expresses his prowess at rapping as he spits each punchline with energy and a rhythmical pace that leaves one nodding along. The release comes barely two weeks after the BET nominee released 'Blueticks' in collaboration with Femi One. Both 'Mbona?' and 'Blueticks' were treated to a warm reception by the fans.
Deep - Nameless Ft. Wahu
Celebrated veteran musicians Nameless and released a new collaboration titled 'Deep'. 'Deep' is an Afro Reggae love song produced by renowned music producer Cedo and written by upcoming artist Brandon Israel. The song highlights the climax of a relationship where two love birds enjoy each other's company and are happy to be together. The song is part of an upcoming album dubbed 'M'z Album' from the duo.
Prior to releasing 'Deep', the couple was riding high with 'Back It Up' which has garnered close to two million views on YouTube.
Jipende - Dj Kezz Kenya Ft. Guardian Angel
Celebrated gospel musician Guardian Angel has introduced the first signed artist under his new record label known as 7 Music Hub. The gospel star featured the upcoming artist Dj Kezz in his new song called 'Jipende' that has been dominating the airwaves. 'Jipende' which has been produced by Vicky Pon Dis preaches about self-appreciation. The song is aimed at uplifting one's spirit and self-wroth. The song is a perfect dedicating for anyone who has lost hope and confidence in him or herself.
Hepi - Femi One
After a series of successful collaborations with top artists such as Khaligraph Jones on 'Blueticks' and Nyashiski on 'Properly, Femi One dropped another banger dubbed 'Hepi' featuring King Kaka and Mbithi. 'Hepi' is a party song that advocates for going out and having fun with friends and family. It is a song that you cannot miss at a club or party setup.

Potential - Benzema Ft. Kushman & Jimito Baaba
