Wizkid Announces Release Date for New Album More Love Less Ego

Grammy Award-winning Nigerian singer, Wizkid has revealed the date for his forthcoming album “More Love Less Ego”. 

In a series of Instagram stories shared earlier today, the “Reckless” singer also gave followers the listening delight of a short snippet of his new record expected to be part of the album. He also named a number of artists featured on the forthcoming album. 

According to Wizkid, the More Love Less Ego album will arrive on the 5th of August 2022, barely two months from now. Before then, at least one new single from the album is expected to hit the airwaves to build anticipation. In the story, he also thanked Naira Marley, Skepta, Ayra Starr, TY, BNXN and Flame for their various contributions to the album. 

Wizkid’s last album “Made In Lagos” was largely successful and also enjoyed a massive international listening with the Grammy-nominated record Essence from the project becoming a global hit. The album capped off its success with a Grammy Nomination in the category of Best Global Music at the 63rd Grammy Awards. 

The More Love Less Ego album will be Wizkid’s fourth.
