In the latest instalment of the Mdundo.com Football Show, football pundit, Ifeanyi Ibeh, takes a look at one of the players present at the Parc des Princes when Paris Saint-Germain took on Real Madrid in a UEFA Champions League Round of 16 matches.

Mbappe was born on 20th December 1998, in an athletic family where his Cameroonian father was a football player and Algerian mum played Handball. 

He made his debut in Football at the age of 16 back in 2015 as Monaco Player.

He later joined Paris Saint-Germain on loan in 2017 before becoming permanent in 2018. At 19, Mbappe became the youngest  French football player to score at the world-cup but the second teenager to score in the World Cup 60 years after Pele who scored for Brazil when he was 17 years.

Kylian Mbappe was eligible to play for Cameroon or Algeria in the Worldcup thanks to his African roots back in 2018 but opted for France.
