Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer Wizkid has revealed his plans to drop new music soonest. 

In posts on his social media pages, the Grammy-nominated singer hinted that the new single will be arriving in a matter of days. While he shared the tweet "New Music" on his official Twitter handle, the Essence hitmaker was more specific on his Instagram story where he wrote "7 Days! New Music."

The upcoming record will be the first one for 2022 from Wizkid, who for the better part of 2021, was enjoying the global success of Essence as well as the stunning performance of the 'Made In Lagos' album. The album's Deluxe edition went on to earn a nomination for the 64th Grammy Awards' World Best Album. 

Wizkid announces new music at a time his music lovers are also anticipating a new album from the Starboy Entertainment boss who had late in 2021 revealed that his next album will be titled 'More Love, Less Ego' and will be released this year.
