Ugandan artist Jose Chameleone has opened up on why his collaboration with Congolese superstar Koffi Olomide took so long to happen, noting that both of them were busy, thus unable to link up.

According to Chameleone, they agreed to work on a song two years back, but due to their clashing schedules, they had not been able to hit the studio together.

"For two years now, we have been planning our project. But truth be told, each one of us is very busy and we are so very rare in each other's eyes,” Chameleone told BBS TV.

Last week, Jose Chameleone was in Congo and linked up with Kofi for a show after which they hit the studio and recorded a song that expected to be released soon.

"We were supposed to release it two years ago but we were waiting for the right time. We are working on it so expect it to drop any time,” Jose Chameleone said.
