Wizkid Calls Off Made in Lagos Canada Tour

Starboy Wizkid has just announced that his Made in Lagos Canada tour has been postponed indefinitely. 

In a story shared via his Instagram page, Wizkid noted that the new development is due to actions put in place by the Canadian government to help curb the spread of Covid-19.

"Due to existing and developing public health restriction measures being introduced by the Canadian government, I will no longer be able to perform my Canadian shows in January," part of the statement reads. 

Wizkid’s Made in Lagos Canada tour was supposed to commence in Toronto on the 20th of January with Wizkid also performing at Montreal and Ottawa before signing off at Vancouver on 28th January but now fans will have to wait a little bit longer to see the Essence superstar in their respective cities.

No new dates for the concerts have been announced yet as Wizkid ended his statement with; “I’m looking forward to returning as soon as possible”.
