She showcases the simple life of a village girl whose life changed from the lessons learnt while in the village. This new jam is just to celebrate her late grandmother who taught her so much now that she can make it in life alone.

“Name is Bwalya Sophie Chibesakunda, named after my late Grandmother. The name 'Bwalya', is a derivative of the Bemba tribe used because they could not pronounce the word 'Warrior’” she explains.

Bombshell further asserts that her life and success is all because of her life back in the village.

“My life, my success, who I am; is because it took my Family village, to raise a child. Now that child, today is MFUMU KADZI Bomb$hell. “This video, is a tribute to My Family; a tribute to the late Great Bwalya Sophie Chibesakunda, continue resting in peace Grandma,” she added.

‘Mfumu Kadzi’ album is all about women empowerment. And it also captivates with its call for unity as a people in order to make “a village” a better place”. In her witty mind, Bombshell uses a moving analogy to point out what her new album is all about.

“They say it takes a village to raise a child. For me what that means is that in order for the village to raise one child, the village must be united and genuinely concerned about the next persons well-being. Let us be that village that raises a child together,” she wrote in one of the posts in her Instagram page.
