Cassper Nyovest Addresses Alleged Beef with Emtee

The alleged beef between Rapper Emtee and Cassper Nyovest is one of the most baffling in South Africa’s music scene.

On one hand hand, there's Emtee, who isn't afraid to slam Cassper whenever he can. Then there's Cassper, who says he loves him unconditionally. If so, it raises the question of whether or not they're truly fighting.

Taking to Twitter, Cassper revealed more details regarding his rumored feud with the Manando-based musician.

The Family Tree label boss was chatting with his fans as he often does, and one of them questioned him about Emtee for the third time.

“Emtee once said you called him to studio, he changed his mind because he thinks you gonna expose him and call him a crack head because he smokes weed or diss him about his d* are you that type of a person that exposed people like that?" the tweep asked Cassper.

However, there is no indication that the ‘Siyathandana’ singer is aware of the fact that Emtee does not have any kind words for him.

“I loved Emtee. I really wanted to work with him and I wanted to help him build back up again cause I think he is immensely talented. I think someone got in his ear and said dumb s*** to him and we never got to build. Egos and ill advice will destroy things before they even form,” he said.

Cassper isn't bothered by Emtee's constant attacks on him on social media, either. As long as it makes him happy, he advised, he should keep going doing it.

Since their alleged feud with Emtee first came to light, Cassper has spoken openly about it several times. He added that their split occurred when Emtee failed to come up with a song idea for them in the studio, and Cassper blamed him for that. He said that he tried calling him [Emtee] but his phone was off.
